Long-burning wood briquette – special for the night
Long-burning wood briquettes made from compressed bark
Slow combustion and long-lasting heat
These long-burning wood briquettes are made of 100% compressed wood bark and have been specifically developed for slow and long-lasting combustion.
Due to their high density, they burn primarily as embers and produce only a few flames. Depending on the heating appliance, they can achieve a burn time of approximately 6 to 8 hours.
By burning several briquettes simultaneously, the heat output can be increased accordingly and the burn time can be adjusted to the size of the firebox.
Pleasant heat for many hours
These briquettes are particularly suitable for times when consistent and long-lasting heat is desired, for example, overnight or during a longer absence.
Their slow ember combustion ensures a gentle and continuous release of heat. They can also be ideally combined with fast-burning, compressed wood logs.
This allows the temperature of the heating appliance to be maintained at a comfortable level for longer, and the fire can be easily rekindled later on.
High calorific value
With a calorific value of 4.8 kWh/kg, these briquettes offer excellent energy performance.
The slow combustion allows for a particularly long release of heat, making them an excellent addition to conventional wood logs or fast-burning wood briquettes.
100% natural composition
The briquettes are produced exclusively from compressed wood bark.

Practical format
Each briquette weighs approximately 1 kg and has compact dimensions of about 10.5 × 6.5 cm.
Depending on the size of the firebox, several briquettes can be used simultaneously. The optimal amount depends on the specific heating appliance and its manufacturer's instructions.
Use and burn time
The average burn time is 6 to 8 hours, although this can vary depending on the heating appliance, air supply, and the number of briquettes used.
Depending on the size of the firebox, for example, 2, 4, or 6 briquettes can be used.
The actual burn time depends in particular on the following factors:
-
Type and size of the heating appliance
-
Air supply
-
Number of briquettes inserted
-
Size of the firebox
-
Operating conditions
The average consumption is approximately 2 to 4 briquettes per day.
Packaging and pallet
-
12 briquettes per package
-
Weight per briquette: approx. 1 kg
-
Pallet weight: approx. 1,008 kg
-
Weight tolerance: ± 5%
-
Pallet dimensions: 80 × 120 × 140 cm
-
Practical storage and handling
Storage
The briquettes should be stored in a dry place protected from moisture. A dry garage, a sheltered storage room, or a suitable shed are recommended for this.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, with a potential variation of approximately one working day.
