Frame: The Q355 steel structure is hot-dip galvanized and welded, with a 100 g/m² zinc galvanization and finished with a 100 µm electrostatic powder coating. Q355 steel is superior to Q235 and is treated with hot-dip galvanization followed by powder coating to ensure high surface corrosion resistance.

Technology: Our boxes feature a high PU foam content (45 kg/m³ in combination with the PIR standard), which provides excellent airtightness and outperforms EPS sandwich panels. We also offer a video tutorial for installing this technology.

Panels: For the sandwich panels, we reduce the density and thickness of the steel support plates. These are coated with 100 g/m² galvanized aluminum-zinc-magnesium (AMZ) and a 20/5 µm PE coating. The durability is over 25 years.
